Yu-Hsiu Camille Chen is a strategic advisor with more than twenty years’ experience spanning business, culture, and international collaboration. Born and raised in Taiwan and educated in the United States, she has worked in China and lived in Australia for over two decades — bringing a deeply informed regional perspective to her advisory work.

Her practice focuses on helping organisations engage effectively with Chinese partners through informed strategy, communication, and relationship management. Camille has led cross-border initiatives linking industry, government, and creative enterprise across Australia and Greater China, and brings practical experience in co-production, partnership design, and cultural negotiation — supporting clients to align commercial goals with regional understanding.

She is active in the Australia–China business community, serving on the Executive Committee of the Australia China Business Council (WA) and chairing its Culture and Media Subcommittee.

Camille holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah.
