Filaro Residences
Tempo Advisory was engaged to provide strategic advisory for Filaro, a premium townhouse development located in a walkable, lifestyle-focused pocket of North Perth. The project comprises six architecturally designed residences, featuring a mix of 3-bedroom / 3-bathroom townhouses and 4-bedroom / 3.5-bathroom options, each designed to balance elegance, functionality, and long-term livability.
Working closely with the development and design teams from early concept phase, Tempo’s role focused on aligning the project’s commercial strategy with its architectural ambition. This included advising on product positioning, layout mix, market differentiation, and development phasing to ensure financial viability without compromising design intent.
Filaro is currently in market, with all planning approvals secured. Construction is scheduled to commence in October 2025, with completion and delivery targeted for June 2027.
